Board of Directors ::John Pavlidis John has held positions of worldwide responsibility with Siemens Medical Solutions and R2 Technology, Inc. He has therefore demonstrated the rare ability to excel in business environments as diverse as a large, complex, multinational corporation with $1Billion in revenues and a small privately held late stage start-up company facing a rapidly changing market and a slowdown in revenues. As President and CEO of R2 Technology, the pioneer and leader in Computer Aided Detection, John led the turnaround of the previously highly successful small company that was going through hard times. He engineered the formation of a new top management team, the re-branding of the company’s image and reputation, the rebuilding of employee morale and customer confidence, the recovery to higher growth and profitability, and the repositioning of the company to a software-driven business model, which justifies higher valuations. The company was successfully sold at approximately 5X revenues after 19 months under John’s leadership. Steve Brinn Steve Brinn is General Counsel at Clario. He previously served as CEO of LumenIQ, a biometric imaging software company.
