Clario Introduces their Customer Success Team

Clario’s new Marketing & Communications Manager Veronica Coons shares her thoughts on being a part of the Customer Success Team

After years working in the restaurant industry, one of the main things I will never forget, and have taken with me on my career path, is understanding how important it is to be available to, and support your customers. Though, how many times have you gone to a restaurant or worked with a company, which you are giving money to and felt some amount of attitude or distaste for the person who is supposed to be supporting you? For me personally, I have witnessed this too often. This is why, when I work with a team who has the same strong customer relations ideology as I do, I get very excited.

As the new Marketing Communications Manager at Clario, I was asked to be part of creating a new team here, the Customer Success Team. I have to be honest, at first I was a little worried. I mean, a Customer Success Team is based around customer relations, and I didn’t know the personalities of this new team yet.

I was (and still am) thrilled when I got to spend time getting to know this team and learned what an amazing group of individuals I was working with. The Customer Success Team managers, Brandi and Tara, are truly devoted to giving clients answers and solutions. I can honestly say that I am proud to be a part of the Clario Customer Success Team. This team is truly focused on our clients feeling supported and ensuring their everyday success.
